	How to register as a free member of 2A?
	Click on Register, Create A New Account Page is on. You need to create your user ID also called login name and write it down for your record, fill out all required fields, and make sure your registered email address is correct. Click on Submit button to send your registered information.
	Where to get my password?
	The system generated temporary password will be sent to your registered email address within a few hours.
	How to login?
	Click on Login on the left menu, the web page called �Login� is opened. Enter your login name, your password, and copy the security code in the right box. Click on submit. For the first time login user, use your temporary password and change it to your password for your login next time.
	I can�t remember my login name or password. What should I do?
	To ensure that your Account is secure, you are the only one who knows your password. If you have forgotten it, you will need to create a new one. Go to the Login page and click on "Forgot your login name and password?" to send your request to our system. In a few minutes, the system generated temporary password will be sent to your via your email address.
	I forgot my both login and password. What should I do?
	If you can�t remember your user ID also called login name, you can always send your email via contact us or call us or via "Forgot your login name and password?" to send request to us. We will send your user id via email back to you in a few minutes.
